Terms

These terms apply to the independently operated myAni family: myAni, myAce, myPax, myCenterOS, and their shared account and support services. By creating an account, starting a subscription, or connecting a supported product, you agree to them.

What the service does

myAni provides a private, server-side customer Build with shared knowledge, reusable Systems, operating skills, work planning, checks, approval records, task continuity, work receipts, and controlled connections for supported AI hosts. The Build is a hosted service, not a Git repository, prompt pack, or permanent download. Features and limits depend on the plan shown at checkout and in your account.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, the information you add, and activity authorized through it. Do not submit payment-card data, protected health information, government identifiers, passwords, API keys, MFA codes, or other authentication secrets. Tell us through Support if you believe the account or a connector has been misused.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Stripe shows the price, billing period, taxes when applicable, and payment record before or after purchase. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally refund time already purchased except where required by law or stated at checkout.

Approvals and outside actions

Approval inside myAni authorizes only the scope shown with that decision. A myAni work-plan approval does not authorize sending, publishing, buying, deleting outside data, changing an account, making a legal commitment, or spending money. Those actions require a supported connector and a separate exact approval.

AI results

AI can misunderstand context and produce incorrect or incomplete work. You are responsible for reviewing important results before relying on them. myAni is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, accounting, or other licensed professional advice.

Connected-chat limit

myAni cannot secretly read every conversation or permanently change an AI model. Shared continuity applies when a supported AI host is connected and invokes myAni to load the current Build and save the handoff. A host that does not support those calls may require a separate adapter.

Your content

You keep ownership of the material you provide. You give the individual operator of myAni permission to process it only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and support the service. You must have the right to provide that material.

Age and authority

You must be at least 18 to purchase or administer a myAni account. A user under 18 may use an account only with permission and supervision from a parent, guardian, or authorized organization, and myAni is not directed to children under 13.

Acceptable use

Do not use myAni to break the law, harm people, violate another person's rights, bypass access controls, distribute malware, or automate an action you are not authorized to take. We may restrict access when needed to protect users, the service, or others.

Previews and service changes

A product or feature marked preview, planned, waitlist, or coming next is not a released service and is not included in a purchase unless checkout says otherwise. We may change, add, or remove features and may suspend a service for maintenance or safety. We will not describe a planned capability as working until the released product supports it.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, the individual operator of myAni disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses. Any direct liability is limited to the amount you paid for myAni during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some places do not allow every limitation, so those limits apply only where lawful.
